Jessica’s Mini Christmas Puddings

You can make your festive treats fun as well as super yummy this year. Here is a simple recipe from family cook and mother of two hungry children Jessica. Think crispy rice cakes with added melted marshmallows in the mix. Fun and yum in one festive dish.

Ingredients:

  • 125g bag of Warm Cinnamon Munchy Seeds
  • 60g melted butter
  • 3 large melted marshmallows (melt in the microwave with a little water, checking every 15 seconds)
  • Topping decorations

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly and then just use a spoon to create balls of sticky seed mix. Leave to set in the fridge for 2 hours. Top with edible decorations of your choice for that special festive touch.
