Choccywoccy rocky road

This healthy twist on a rocky road uses Medjool dates and Choccy Apricot Munchy Seeds; it’s so yummy you won’t be able to tell the difference. Perfect for picnics or a summer-holiday treat – watch out, it will all be gobbled up in one go!


150g (8) pitted Medjool dates
200g coconut oil
25g raisins
65g granola
120g Choccy Apricot (or Choccy Ginger)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • Line a loaf tin with greaseproof paper; soak the dates in boiling water for 10 minutes then drain and squeeze out any water.
  • In a small pan melt the coconut oil; blend the drained dates, oil and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the lined tin; press in the raisins and granola.
  • Sprinkle over the Choccy Seeds and press down; freeze for 30 minutes to set; store in the fridge.
