Cookies with Cacao & Apricot Seeds

At Munchy Seeds we are proud to bring you vegan seed mixes that are prefect to eat just out of the pack as snacks or sprinkled on your breakfast to make it a wholesome and nutritious treat – with extra crunch of course – or as an ingredient for fabulous home baking.

 

With our vegan Cacao and Apricot Seeds, and just a handful of pantry staples, you can make these golden cookies and enjoy as a healthy treat or midday snack.

 

Makes 10 cookies.

 

Ingredients:

  • 50g oats
  • 30g self raising flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 50g Munchy seeds Cacao and Apricot seeds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 65g agave nectar

 

Method:

Pre heat the oven to 180C.

In a bowl, add all the ingredients one after another and mix well until combined.

Divide the dough into balls and gently flatten them to make cookies.

Arrange on a lined baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden on top.

Let them cool on a wire rack and serve.
