Chocolate, mint and honey seed smoothie bowl

This gorgeous chocolate, mint and honey seed smoothie bowl is the best kind of breakfast and is packed full of good, natural ingredients. Smoothies are a great way to nourish our bodies with essential vitamins and minerals and this one tastes truly delicious.

Ingredients:

1 medium, ripe avocado
12 mint leaves
400ml unsweetened almond milk
6 Medjool dates
3 tablespoons of raw cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder (we used Green & Blacks)
a small pinch of sea salt
1 tablespoon of Honey Roasted Munchy Seeds plus extra to top
a generous handful of blueberries

Method:

  • Simply add all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  • Pour out into a bowl and top with blueberries and extra¬†Honey Roasted Seeds.
