These overnight oats take literally no time out of your morning routine as you can whip them up the night before! All you need is a jar, 4 tablespoons of oats, 150ml of milk, 1 tablespoon of creamy yogurt, 1 (or 2!) teaspoons of honey, and whatever fruit you want to add, and of course some Super Berry Munchy Seeds!
