Our healthy snacks were originally created by my Granny
in New Zealand to keep us out of the sweetie jar.

Now based in Suffolk with my British hubby, we are continuing the family tradition of carefully blending and gently roasting seeds to produce a deliciously nutritious nibble.

It's what we consider mindful munching!

2009 Great Taste Awards
After our success at last years awards we wanted to make sure it wasn’t simply a case of beginners luck and entered two more products from our Range and are thrilled to announce we have picked up a Gold two star for our Pumpkin mix and a Gold one star for our Vanilla Pumpkin seeds. Horray!

The 2008 Suffolk Food and Drink Awards have grown in size and stature since their launch in 2006 and have become a celebration of the best food producers, shops, restaurants and cafes in the county. This year's awards saw the introduction of two new categories, Producer of the year and Product of the year. After making it through to the finals in both of these categories, Munchy Seeds Omega mix was voted best Suffolk Product of the year. So if you haven't already tried them get Munching!

2008 Great Taste Awards
Now in its 15th year the Great Taste Awards from the Guild of Fine Food are the acknowledged benchmark for speciality food and drink.
Munchy Seeds, having entered for the first time, picked up Gold one star awards for both their Omega mix and Chilli mix. Hurrah!
