Cream the brown sugar and butter. Stir the eggs, bananas, flour, seeds and bicarbonate of soda. Mix in the sour cream. Spoon the mixture into a lined loaf tin. Bake 1 hour. Leave to cool. Melt together butter and brown sugar. Stir in the sour cream and boil for 2minutes. Add the icing sugar and spread over the cooled loaf.
